Quel était l'objectif de votre collaboration ?Prior to working with Brand Matrix we had just rebranded and launched a new website, expecting a boost in revenue we actually saw an immediate drop off in traffic & sales. We were referred to Robert/Brand Matrix by another client, the team acted quickly and diagnosed the cause of the drop (lack of brand awareness/customers not associating us with the brand they knew), and put in place a strategy to fix this. Within the first month we were almost back inline.
