Quel était l'objectif de votre collaboration ?Take The Lead is helping us to digitize our processes for the last four years. In that period, they succeeded in automating and simplifying our transport planning by building a tailor-made webapplication. They also have set up 2 e-commerce platforms for our different brands, and integrated them with our ERP system. Recently they integrated our ERP with Exact online, to sync client data between the two.

Qu'avez-vous le plus apprécié pendant votre collaboration ?Every question is taken seriously and they seem to find a solution for every problem. We had some legacy platforms and because of their versatility they were able to support it. Their expertise in building integrations and thoughtful webapplications, makes it so that they can support us to scale our business.

Y a-t-il des domaines où l'agence peut s'améliorer ?The team of Take The Lead is growing. In my opinion not fast enough as I am not (yet) running out of ideas. :)
