Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?WLY has been our social media content partner for several years already. They take care of the content creation of our global social media channels (IG, FB, TT, YT shorts, LinkedIn) and create content catering to different target audiences in the form of single posts, carrousels, stories and short form video content. When we do occasional ad campaigns they help us in setting objectives, creating the campaign, doing adjustments and reporting on the results.

Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?What I enjoy the most during our collaboration is that the agency is very flexible. If we require extra changes, different work, or something last minute. They will always make sure they can deliver the work with a smile. We had a very last minute ad campaign and they made sure the entire team on the project was able to schedule it in with their other work!

Zijn er verbeterpunten?If I can give one area of improvement, it would be to make sure to double check the branding/product/grammar finer details. Sometimes I have to keep giving the same feedback. I totally understand that they have many clients to cater to with the same end of month deadline, but I think we can save some time on back-and-forth feedback rounds if they pay a little bit more attention to the first round. But over the years, we have already improved a lot on this.

Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?Het communicatiebureau ondersteunt ons op vlak van sociale media. Maandelijks wordt er organische en betaalde content aangemaakt, gepubliceerd en geëvalueerd voor Facebook, Instagram en Pinterest.

Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?Het agency is heel proactief. Men komt zelf met voorstellen op maat van de klant, rekening houdend met de mogelijkheden. Ook voorstellen van onze onderneming zelf worden intern bekeken en objectief geëvalueerd. Men gaat steeds op zoek naar een win-win-situatie.

Zijn er verbeterpunten?Voor de sociale media ads is er nog ruimte tot verbetering. De best scorende organische ads worden nu gebruikt voor paid ads, terwijl het mogelijk interessanter zou zijn om op campageniveau te denken en meer aan AB-testing te doen. Echter voor het budget dat we ter beschikking stellen zijn we erg tevreden van het huidige eindresultaat
